September 2024 - MMPC

The Behnsen lab spent an exciting weekend attending the 2024 Midwest Microbial Pathogenesis Conference (MMPC) in a neighboring state. The 30th annual conference was held at Indiana University Bloomington. Huge congratulations to Kanchan Jaswal for a wonderful presentation of her talk titled "Cross-kingdom Interaction with Candida albicans Promotes Gut Colonization and Pathogenesis of Salmonella Typhimurium"! And a round of applause for Roberto Flores, Olivia Todd, and Kanchan Jaswal for their poster presentations.
